Czech MEP Michaela Sojdrova says her country should welcome 14 orphans currently living at refugee camps in Greece.

She presented the Czech government with a list. The children are from Syria and Afghanistan.

As reported by the Prague Daily Monitor online, Sojdrova says she wants to see the government respond to promises made by the country’s prime minister, Andrej Babis, last week.

Last year, Babis and Sojdrova locked horns over the latter’s intention to bring 50 orphans from Syria to the Czech Republic.
